- Going concern
- Affirmed
“After making appropriate enquiries, the Board of Trustees, including all its Committees, has a reasonable expectation that the Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, it continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
Significant events
- “The total number of pupils in the period ended 31 August 2025 (including those students that completed exams in the summer 2025) was 4,811, but this is now 4,844 at the October 2025 census.”
- “The new Central Education Team, formed in September 2024 are doing fantastic work and continue to look at improving standards and outcomes further.”
- “The Trust continues to be affected by the (£87k) deficit brought forward by Sandhurst School on conversion. However, during the academic year 2024/25, the final third of this ring-fenced debt has been repaid to the ESFA.”
- “In addition, the prior year closure of the KS5 provision at Sandhurst School that came with an ESFA 'claw back' of £197k previously received post 16 funding, meant that the school fell further into deficit during the 2023/24 academic year and this has driven the need for a full and detailed recovery plan to be drawn up in order to bring the school back into a surplus position over the next four years.”
- “We have replaced boilers at two of our sites to more energy efficient models. We were able to use our SCA funding for this purpose.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
