Material uncertainty over going concern
The Group made a total comprehensive loss in the financial year of £4.8m (2023 - £3.2m) and has been reliant on continued financial support from its shareholders. The Group had net current liabilities of £34.6m (2023 - £38.5m) and net liabilities of £29.7m (2023 - £38.7m) at the year end. The Group and Company are reliant on the extension of a bank loan which has not been finalised. In addition, the Directors have not yet decided whether other shareholder loans and convertible loan arrangements will be repaid or converted into equity. Should the Directors decide to repay the loans, the Group and Company will require additional funding which is not guaranteed. This indicates the existence of material uncertainties which may cast significant doubt over the Group and Company's ability to continue as a going concern.

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
