Going concern
Affirmed

“The ability of the company to continue as a going concern is dependent on the continuing support of its parent company, Danesmoor Group Limited. Danesmoor Group Limited has confirmed that it will continue to support the company for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Danesmoor group as a whole has considerable financial resources and financing facilities. Notwithstanding net current liabilities of £11,325,000 and net liabilities of £7,429,000 at the balance sheet date, after making enquiries the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they continue to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-04-30 vs 2024-04-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
