“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Directors have considered cash flow requirements for the period up to 31 August 2026 (the "going concern period"). The Directors believe that preparing the financial statements on the going concern basis is appropriate due to the continued financial support of the ultimate parent company, Merchant City Glasgow LLP. The Directors have received confirmation Merchant City Glasgow LLP will support the Company for a period until 31 August 2026, which is a period of at least one year after the date these financial statements are approved and signed. The Company's ability to meet its future liabilities is therefore dependent on the financial performance and position of the Merchant City Glasgow LLP Group as a whole (the "LLP Group").”
