Affirmed

“The Company's net current liability position as at 31 December 2024 is £9,821,515 (2023 - £9,335,805). The Company has assessed the distributable assets within all direct and indirect subsidiaries (the Group) controlled by the Company and determined that there are sufficient distributable assets available that could be transferred to the Company in order to settle any liabilities as they become due. The Ultimate Parent Company intends to provide financial support to the Company such that the Company is able to operate as a going concern and will therefore not call for the repayment of the loan or other amounts owed to group undertakings owed, if this would result in the Company not being able to operate on this basis, for at least 12 months from the date of signing this agreement.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
