- Going concern
- Affirmed
“In considering the ability of the Company to continue in operation as a going concern, the directors have prepared trading forecasts for the period to December 2026 (the "going concern period"). The Company is dependent on its ultimate Parent Company, JUUL Labs, Inc ("JLI") to provide operational and financial support in order to be able to continue to trade and to meet its liabilities as they fall due during the going concern period. Having made enquiries of the management of JLI, the directors have a reasonable expectation that such support will be provided. On this basis the directors believe it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in the preparation of these financial statements. In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the Directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “During 2025, the Company successfully introduced four new products to its portfolio.”
- “On 6 June 2024, the FDA granted JLI's supervisory review and rescinded the MDO and thereby returned JLI's PMTA to scientific review and pending status.”
- “On 17 July 2025, the FDA issued marketing granted orders (MGOs) for the JUUL System, which includes the JUUL Device and compatible tobacco and menthol-flavored JUULpods in 5.0% and 3.0% nicotine concentrations. This means that these products are legally authorised for sale in the United States.”
- “Furthermore, the UK Chancellor has introduced a new vaping products duty (VPD) of £2.20 per 10ml of e-liquid which will come into effect on 1 October 2026.”
- “The Tobacco Duty escalator of RPI+2ppts came into force on 26 November 2025.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
