“The directors consider the going concern of The Very Group Funding plc to be directly linked to that of The Very Group Limited ("TVGL"), the Group in which The Very Group Funding plc sits (the 'Group'), and dependent on receiving continued Group support from TVGL, given the ongoing financial relationship between the two parties. The Directors of TVGL have confirmed that TVGL will provide any necessary funding to ensure TVGF has adequate funding to meet its financial liabilities as they fall due for a period of 12 months after the date of signing the financial statements. Under the reasonable downside scenarios, the Group would maintain sufficient headroom at all covenant test dates.”
