“The Company has net liabilities at 30 June 2025 of £31,448,321 (2024: £26,351,601) and made a loss of £5,096,720 during the year (2024: £9,008,522) including fair value gains on investment properties of £1,103,640 (2024: loss of £589,094). The Company is dependent for its working capital on funds provided by its immediate parent company, KDIL. KDIL has indicated its intention to provide necessary funding for the continuing operations of the Company. ... As with any company placing reliance on other entities for financial support, the directors acknowledge that there can be no certainty that this support will continue although, at the date of the approval of these financial statements, they have no reason to believe that it will not do so. Consequently, the directors are confident that the Company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
