“The directors have prepared the financial statements on the going concern basis on the basis that the Company will continue in operational existence for at least the next twelve months and will have adequate funds available to meet its obligations as they fall due. The Company meets its day to day working capital requirements from its Parent through payment of the management fee income for support provided to the Parent. The Company is in a net current asset position and holds a letter of support from its Parent to enable it to continue in operation for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements.”
