Going concern
Affirmed

“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which the directors believe to be appropriate for the following reasons: VIOOH continues to be strategically important to the JCD Group... The commitment of the JCD Group to the VIOOH business was confirmed in the year through the conversion of debt to equity, evidence of the long term investment in VIOOH. JCDecaux S.E., the parent undertaking, has provided the Company with an undertaking that for 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements, it will continue to make available such funds as are needed by the Company through its cash pooling with JCDecaux S.E. This will enable the Company to continue its operational existence for the foreseeable future and meeting its liabilities as and when they fall due.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
