Going concern
Affirmed

“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors believe to be appropriate due to the below: The Directors have considered the liquidity of the Company going forward, including the macroeconomic factors such as inflation, economic growth, interest rates and fiscal policy. UK inflation has increased to 3.6% in June 2025 from 2% in June 2024, however Moody's maintains their prediction that inflation will settle at 2.1% by June 2026. The Bank of England base rate has been reducing from 5.25% in June 2024 to 4% in August 2025. The Limited Partnerships owned indirectly by the Company benefit from the rental guarantees which commenced from the Settlement Date of 12 March 2021 for Park Central West and expires on 12 March 2026 and the Settlement Date of 28 May 2021 for Park Central East and expires on 28 May 2026. The profit before tax was £181,470 and the net liabilities value was £298,150 as at 30 June 2025. The net liabilities include payable of £4,420k due to the Company's immediate parent (LRIP LP), however there is no recourse to these outstanding balances from the parent in the next 12 months from the signing of the financial statements. The Directors believe that the Company is well placed to manage its financing and future commitments over a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and will be able to continue in operation for the foreseeable future by meeting their liabilities as and when they fall due for payment.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-06-30 vs 2024-06-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
