“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. As part of the regular exercise the Directors have assessed the Company's working capital requirements in light of the current economic climate and then forecast the future. The Directors are confident that, based upon future forecasts, the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future being a period of not less than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
