Going concern
Affirmed

“As a holding company, Atec Group Limited does not itself generate sufficient profits to cover interest and expenses, however the two trading subsidiaries in the group are profitable and generate sufficient cash to cover all ongoing obligations of the group. The key consideration when assessing going concern is the group's ability to service its senior debt and comply with the associated covenants. As such, the directors are comfortable to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-09-30 vs 2023-09-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
