Going concern
Affirmed

“The directors have considered the expected future performance of the company alongside a letter of support provided by Seqens SAS, confirming that they will provide all required support to the business for a period of 12 months from the approval of the financial statements. Therefore, notwithstanding net current liabilities of £4,897,712 at the balance sheet date, after making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will continue to have adequate financial resources available to enable it to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due in the normal course of business for at least the next twelve months following approval of these financial statements and, accordingly, they continue to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
