“The directors have considered the status of The Fresh Produce Centre Limited as a going concern and are satisfied it will continue in business for the foreseeable future. To reach this conclusion the directors considered the business activities and the principal risks and uncertainties as set out above. The business successfully traded through a challenging year with no indication of financial vulnerability and with the ongoing support of our key customers. The directors see no reason why the Company should not be able to continue to perform to expectations and based on budgeted activity levels and expected future cashflows to April 2027 should continue to trade as a going concern within its existing finance facilities. At 25 April 2025 the company has net liabilities of £1.6m (2024: Net liabilities of £1.8m). The company has received a formal letter of support from its shareholder, Fresca Group Limited, that it will provide such financial support as required for its continued operations for no less than 12 months from the date of signing. As a result, the directors believe the Company is well placed to manage its financing and other significant risks satisfactorily and will be able to operate within the scope of its existing facilities for the foreseeable future. For this reason, the directors consider it appropriate for the Company to adopt the going concern principle in preparing its financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
