“The Company is in a net asset position of £1,923,000 and has net current assets of £1,904,000. Additionally, the Company's parent, Brightbay and its ultimate parent, Starwood Capital Group, have undertaken to provide the necessary financial support through funds controlled by Starwood Capital Group, if required, for the Company to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Directors of the Company are therefore satisfied that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operation for the foreseeable future, on account of the financial position of the Company at 31 December 2024, the commitment provided by Brightbay and their consideration of forecasts and plans for the Company. For this reason, the Directors believe it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
