“The Trust has achieved a net gain before depreciation and FRS102 adjustments and has retained reserves. After making appropriate enquiries and in light of the increased student numbers enrolled in 2025/26 and applications to date for 2026/27 academic year, Trustees have a reasonable expectation that the Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, the Trust continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
