- Going concern
- Affirmed
“Having reviewed the cash position of the School together with the anticipated growth in demand for places and the School's future projected cash flows, together with support available from the DPS Trust, the Governors have a reasonable expectation that the School has adequate resources to continue its activities for the foreseeable future and consider that there were no material uncertainties over the School's financial viability. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
Significant events
- “In September 2023 our Head Elect became Head and the school structure became a Fledgling to Year 6 Prep School, feeding into a Year 7 to Year 11 Senior School. In September 2023 our first GCSE cohort began Year 9 and went through their first options process.”
- “In August 2024, a permanent Director of Finance and Operations was appointed.”
- “This year the School awarded means-tested bursaries totalling £488k to 58 pupils (2023: £164k to 19 pupils). Awards are fully means-tested through a rigorous and detailed process.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
