- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The Directors have prepared profit and loss and cash flow forecasts for a period of 3 years from the date of these financial statements. These forecasts take account of possible changes in trading performance in all areas of the business and wider Group. The Directors therefore have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date these financial statements have been approved. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
Significant events
- “The Company demonstrated resilience in FY24, with revenue increasing marginally by 1% from £18,750k to £18,848k despite market challenges, including political uncertainty and rising interest rates. Gross margin improved from 30.5% to 31.9%, reflecting a strategic focus on cost efficiencies and higher-margin activities. Overheads increased by 7%, not only due to inflationary pressures but also as part of deliberate investments to support growth initiatives for FY25. Looking ahead, the Company is well-positioned for growth, supported by a robust order book and a strong pipeline of opportunities, which are £2m higher than the prior year. Strategic focus on marketing, in-depth market analysis, and expansion into new areas within the UK will underpin this growth.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
