“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate. The Company has a net current liabilities position. The loan from the Group's bankers which is held in the Company's subsidiary, Meteorite, Manchester Limited, is due for repayment in September 2025. To repay the loan and to meet the day-to-day working capital requirements of the business, the Company is reliant on the support of the intermediate holding company, Hiap Hoe Limited. The directors are satisfied this support has been given for at least a minimum of twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Hence, the directors consider the that the going concern basis is appropriate.”
