“The Company operates under service agreements with various related party entities that are long-term in nature and result in a mark-up on costs. These entities operate in the healthcare sector and the Company's customers see continued demand for their product portfolios, which notably contain many well-established products treating chronic conditions. Given these service agreements are long-term in nature, are not expected to change, and given the profitable nature of the Company, due to mark-up pricing, and the strength of the Company's balance sheet, the directors believe that there is sufficient cash and future cash flows to meet liabilities as they fall due. Based on the directors' consideration of the ongoing contractual terms with customers, and forecasts that cover the period to 31 July 2026, the directors have prepared these financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
