- Going concern
- Affirmed
“No material uncertainties, that may cast significant doubt about the ability of the company to continue as a going concern, have been identified by the directors. In making this assessment the directors have considered the ongoing global geopolitical events and the uncertainty this could present. The directors have assessed the risk and established the business to be reasonably stable locally and these situations do not have a direct impact. There are no concerns on the company having any operational or management issues. The indicators of going concern have been reviewed and there are no adverse indicators. As a consequence, the directors believe that the company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully. The directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements and for the next 12 month period.”
Significant events
- “The Russia/Ukraine war has had no impact on the business unit activity (as we are dedicated to engineering services, with no impact due to raw materials price increase, and minor impact due to energy price increase).”
- “The impact of higher inflation seems behind us now. However, while this impact has been mitigated through our selling princes to our customers, it seems the environment in the labour market remains challenging (lack of nuclear skilled resources on the UK market), and we must remain agile in this field in the future.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
