• “During the year the company surrendered tax losses via consortium relief to its indirect shareholders for nil consideration. Subsequent to the year end the indirect shareholders agreed to compensate the company for the losses surrendered and a receivable of £2,441,751 was recognised. This is considered to be an adjusting subsequent event. The income tax asset on the Statement of Financial Position and the income tax credit on the Statement of Comprehensive Income have been adjusted accordingly by this amount.”
