Material uncertainty over going concern
The Directors acknowledge whilst there is a current year loss of US$41,502 (2023: US$41,898) and a net working capital surplus position of US$52,238 (2023: net working capital deficiency position of US$115,635), they have reasonable expectation that the Company will be able to continue in operational existence till strike off given the company has access to sufficient cash and financial resources from its parent. In 2025, the Company is planning to dispose all of its investments in Trusts with no plans to make new investments. The Company's subsidiaries are in the preparation of striking off and management intends to strike off the Company in due course. Accordingly, the Company have adopted a basis other than that of a going concern in preparing the financial statement as the management intends to liquidate the Company. No adjustments arose as a result of ceasing to apply a going-concern basis.

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
