Material uncertainty over going concern
Notwithstanding net current liabilities of £10m, and continued operating losses and operating cash outflows, the directors consider that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis due to the continued financial support of its parent and related entities. However, the directors recognise that such support is dependent on the parent entity successfully completing further fundraising to support further forecast operating losses. These circumstances represent a material uncertainty that may cast doubt on the company to continue as a going concern (refer to note 2.2 for further information).

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
