“The directors have considered a range of potential scenarios and prepared cash flow forecasts. The availability of additional financing from the ultimate parent company, Tritax Big Box REIT Plc, together with monthly cashflow forecasting, lead the directors to believe that they can continue to meet their obligations. The company has received an undertaking from its ultimate parent company that no intra-group amounts owed by the company will be called for repayment for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
