“The directors have considered the period ending 12 months after approving these financial statements. The company is part of the Nobel Midco Limited group and its funding forms part of the group's funding strategy. Nobel Midco Limited has confirmed in writing to the Directors that it is prepared to fully support the company financially to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future and has confirmed that the group will not demand repayment of the intercompany loans for the foreseeable future. For these reasons, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
