“The financial statements are prepared on the going concern basis. As at the date of approval of these financial statements, the Directors' cash flow and profit forecasts up to 31 December 2027 give the Directors a reasonable expectation that the Company's financial performance will remain stable in future years. However, in the event that the improvement in business performance is significantly below forecast, the Company will require financial support from its ultimate parent company to be able to continue operating as a going concern during the foreseeable future due to historic losses. The Directors have a reasonable expectation that support from the wider BHSF Group would be forthcoming should it be required and thus that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. As a result, these financial statements do not include the adjustments that would be necessary should the going concern basis of preparation no longer be appropriate.”
