Going concern
Affirmed

“These financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The company is dependent on a fellow group company as its sole supplier and on the financial strength of the wider group. It benefits from participation in the group's banking facilities, including an unused discounting facility that provides significant headroom. Forecasts have been prepared through to March 2027, incorporating the impact of changes in employers NIC rates from April 2025 and assuming no growth in the umbrella division. The directors of both the company and group have confirmed their intention to provide financial support as required to enable the company to meet its liabilities and obligations, and to continue trading for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the Directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-03-31 vs 2024-03-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
