“The directors are of the opinion that the company has adequate working capital to execute its operations until at least 31 August 2026... Having taken these factors into consideration,, and having received written confirmation from px Holdco1 Limited that it will provide financial support to the extent that the company may require until 31 August 2026, the directors have made an informed judgement, at the same time as approving the financial statements, that there is a reasonable expectation the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. As a result, the directors have continued to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
