- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The company's forecasts and projections, taking account of reasonably possible changes in trading performance, show that the company is able to operate within the level of its current facilities. After reviewing profit and cashflow forecasts the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the company can continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements. Furthermore, Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has provided a letter of support confirming that it will continue to provide sufficient financial support to the company to ensure that it will continue as a going concern for no less than the next 12 months.”
Significant events
- “The replacement of the RAAC concrete roof at Blackpool Victoria Hospital was completed in August 2025, its landmark crane being a feature of the town skyline for 18 months. Standing at just over 30 meters high.”
- “Blackpool Victoria Hospital is greener than ever thanks to a £2m NHS award to fit 19,000 low-energy lightbulbs. The scheme has the potential to reduce electricity consumption by up to a quarter.”
- “Parents grieving the loss of a baby now have a new space at Blackpool Victoria Hospital thanks to work Atlas oversaw and supported. The former Forget-Me-Not Suite has been remodelled and refurbished as the Maternity Swan Suite.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
