“The Directors have prepared cashflow forecasts, which take into account reasonable sensitivities, in order to assess the future funding requirements of the company and the wider United Infrastructure Group and its committed finance facilities. After making appropriate enquiries, the Directors have reasonable expectation that the Company and the Group have adequate resources to continue in operating existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the Annual Report and financial statements.”
