“A going concern basis of preparation has been adopted in the financial statements reflecting the support that has been pledged by the company's ultimate parent undertaking, Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. The directors are satisfied, given the group's ability to meet short-term and long-term liquidity requirements with available cash and operating cash flows and its available sources of additional liquidity, that the ultimate parent company has sufficient cash and liquidity to provide this support should it be required. As disclosed in the group's Form 10-Q for the quarter ended 30 June 2025 the group had total cash and cash equivalents of $0.4 billion and undrawn facilities of $1.6 billion and stress testing performed on the severe but plausible cash flow forecasts indicate that there is no material risk the group will not be able to provide financial support throughout the going concern assessment period.”
