Material uncertainty over going concern
Following the change of control, the directors have commenced a legal entity reduction programme in order to simplify the group structure. As part of this, various intermediate holding companies, including Richmond Bidco Limited, will be liquidated. Therefore, the Directors do not consider it to be appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. As such, the Directors have prepared these financial statements on a basis other than as a going concern.
