- Going concern
- Affirmed
“After making appropriate enquiries, the Board of Trustees has a reasonable expectation that SESSET has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason the Board of Trustees continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
Significant events
- “Chatterbox Nursery – the day nursery provision based at the site of The Ashcombe School in its own building, continued through 2024-25. In Spring 2025, the governors at The Ashcombe School who oversee the management of Chatterbox Nursery proposed the closure of this provision, as it was no longer meeting its core purposes. The Trustees agreed and the Nursery closed at the end of 2024-25.”
- “Furthermore, the new partnership with Surrey Cricket Club at Therfield School, promoted in Autumn 2024 for a September 2025 intake, commenced smoothly at the start of the 2025-2026 academic year. Students are now undertaking their A-levels while receiving specialist coaching, making full use of Therfield's facilities, including the indoor cricket nets in the new Sports Centre.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
