“The future projections of the Company have been prepared on the basis the Company will provide ongoing support to committed future trades within the group. The business itself has no committed trade, yet expects to have a low level of ongoing operational costs, as the Company will continue to run as a supplier of personnel to other NKT units within the group. The directors do not intend to wind up the Company in the next 12 months, in fact there has been further recruitment in 2024 to strengthen the support role of the company within the group. The directors have received a letter of support from NKT A/S and having made enquiries the directors are confident that NKT A/S has sufficient funds to ensure that the Company can meet its liabilities as they fall due. The Directors have confirmed the full support of NKT A/S and consider the appropriate recognition for the business, they therefore adopt the Going Concern basis in preparation of the accounts.”
