Going concern
Affirmed

“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The parent company Pacific (BC) Topco Limited has confirmed their intention to provide ongoing financial support to the Company. The Directors have prepared detailed trading and cash flow forecasts for the Group covering a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. They are confident that an extension to the Revolving credit facility will be obtained. Having considered the information, the Directors have not identified any material uncertainties which would affect the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least 12 months from the date on which this report is signed. Therefore, they continue to adopt the going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
