“The directors have obtained written confirmation from the parent company of its willingness not to recall its intercompany loans for the foreseeable future and provide financial support to the Company for going concern purpose. The Company is cash generative and manages its day to day working capital requirements from available cash balances. The directors have prepared forecasts covering a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, which forecast the company will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due. The foreseeable future has been defined as a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the Sycomp UK Limited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024. Based on the written conformations obtained and the forecasts, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare these financial statements on the going concern basis.”
