Affirmed

“The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis which assumes that the company will be able to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.. The validity of this assumption depends on the company continuing to meet its day to day working capital needs from the cash available and through support from other group companies. Forecasts for the subsidiaries of the company have been prepared for the period to 31 December 2026 and Managements assessment indicates that the necessary support is available should it be needed. In addition to this, with the confirmed continuing support from the immediate parent company Elegia Participations BV (which has provided confirmation of financial support, should it be required, for the company to meet its liabilities as they fall due, for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements) the company will be able to continue to pay its debts as and when they fall due.”

Auditor, going-concern and subsidiary information is drawn from the narrative of the latest annual accounts. About these numbers

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
