“After After making appropriate enquiries, the Board of Directors has a reasonable expectation that the Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. This expectation is based upon the successful implementation of a robust financial recovery plan which addressed the challenges faced by the trust during 2023-25 regarding high staffing costs and reduced reserves due to extensive capital expenditure.”
