“After making appropriate enquiries, the Board of Trustees has an expectation that the Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, it continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
Significant events
- “One of the most encouraging developments has been welcoming three new schools into our family.”
- “We now have nursery provision in every one of our schools. This includes two new nurseries opened this year alone, significantly improving our early years offer and strengthening support for working families.”
- “The approval of a new Speech and Language Resource Base in Bexley, backed by £92,000 of funding, marks a significant step forward.”
- “Financially, we have landed broadly within our end of year forecast. We are close to clearing the Trust's central deficit, a legacy from the closure of Archbishop Tenison's School.”
- “We underwent two Department for Education audits this year. Both were rigorous, both were constructive, and both commended the quality of our systems.”
- “Our internal service offer has also grown. We have launched shared services in painting and decorating, business support and marketing, giving schools tailored assistance without the need to go externally.”
- “Perhaps most significant of all has been the development of our new five year strategic plan.”
- “This academic year saw the launch of our two year Deepening Reading project with the Education Endowment Foundation.”
- “This year has seen a step change in the way we think about and manage our estate. We launched our first Trust wide Sustainability and Estates Strategy...”
- “We have completed a number of significant capital projects over the year, including the replacement of old boilers, upgrades to roofing, and improvements to learning spaces across the estate.”
- “One of the most important developments has been the full refurbishment of two new nursery spaces, meaning every school in the Trust now has a nursery.”
- “We have also been preparing for the launch of a new resource base in Bexley, with £90,000 of capital investment being used to develop a specialist building that will provide targeted support for children with additional needs.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
