Going concern
Affirmed

“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the Company will continue its operations for the foreseeable future. An assessment was carried out by management regarding the going concem status. The Directors believe that the Company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully and have a reasonable expectation that the Company has sufficient resources to continue operating for the foreseeable future. Therefore, they continue to adopt the going concem basis in preparing the financial statements. Additionally, management have considered the fact that current and total labilities are in excess of current and total assets, which is primarily due to amounts owed to two principal Group undertakings totalling £2,596k. The Company has received confirmation from the two Group affiliates that they will not recall their funding, to the detriment of the Company, for at least 12 months post the audit report date.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
