- Going concern
- Affirmed
“As disclosed in the going concern accounting policy, the directors consider that the group remains a going concern. Financial projections and scenario analysis looking forward for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements have been prepared by management and demonstrate that the company is expected to have sufficient cash to meet its liabilities as they fall due. ... The Group has been provided with a letter of support from the parent undertaking, which confirms that it will provide the necessary resources in order for the Group to continue to operate as a going concern.”

Significant events
- “In 2024, the decrease in turnover was the result of a shifting business strategy for Motive Create. The group transitioned its client pipeline strategy to focus primarily on value creation for portfolio companies and due diligence for Motive-managed funds. In 2025, Motive Create will seek to grow its client pipeline by focusing on third-party advisory and value creation, as well as expanding existing work with Motive's portfolio companies and funds. Motive Create also continued to develop its financial technology product. The commercial strategy was redefined in 2024, and the product strategy was enhanced to better support this, with opportunities to be pursued for the product in 2025. The group saw a decline in turnover and EBITDA in 2024 compared to 2023, but projects future growth following its strategic development phase in 2024, resulting in an increase in client servicing and turnover.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
