Affirmed

“Deloitte LLP has provided the company with a parental support letter, confirming its willingness to continue providing financial support for a minimum period of 12 months from the date the financial statements are authorised for issue. This support is intended to ensure the company remains able to meet its obligations as they fall due. In light of this parental support, the Directors have a reasonable expectation, at the time of approving the financial statements, that the Company will continue in operational existence for at least the next 12 months. A 12-month going concern period has been determined for the Company to align with the duration of the parental support letter and the going concern assessment period of Deloitte LLP, upon which the Company relies for support. Accordingly, the going concern basis has been adopted in preparing the financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-05-31 vs 2024-05-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
