- “During the period ended 2 March 2025 the Group completed a number of transactions that have strengthened its capital position. Interest accrued to 25 February 2024 on debenture loans totalling £2,596,345 was waived. This was judged a non-substantial modification of the financial instruments and consequently recognised as a capital contribution and shown as a separate component of shareholder's funds. Intragroup interest waivers were also granted between Raven Topco Limited and direct subsidiary company Raven Midco Limited totalling £172,692, and between Raven Midco Limited and direct subsidiary company Raven Bidco Limited totalling £2,599,973. Additionally, loan note holders forewent interest for the period ended 2 March 2025, resulting in a material reduction in interest payable to £1,394,591 (2024: £5,071,422).”
