“Despite a drop in pupil numbers in 25-26, parents' confidence in the school continues to grow. We continue to receive plenty of interest from potential parents and we are growing our nursery provision. We anticipate that the school will be in surplus as soon as 2025-26. For this reason, the board of trustees continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the accounts. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the academy trust's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
