“Based on the contracts entered into to provide asset management and investment management services, a net profit is expected for 2025. The Directors have carefully assessed the sources of income and future expenses and have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the forseeable future and for a period of 12 months. In the unlikely event that the Company does not have sufficient resources to meet obligations and commitments as they fall due, the Company's ultimate parent, Norges Bank, will procure the necessary financial support to the Company during this 12 months period. This is documented through a Letter of Support provided by Norges Bank. Thus these financial statements are prepared on the going concern assumption.”
