Material uncertainty over going concern
In assessing the company's going concern position, the directors have identified that the company is reliant on the continued support of its intermediate parent, Pegasus Homes Holdings Limited (formerly Lifestory Holdings Limited) ("Pegasus Homes") to enable it to meet its obligations as they fall due. The company has received a written commitment from Pegasus Homes that it will provide it with the necessary financial support to enable it to meet its obligations as they fall due for a period of no less than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. However, until they are executed, they create a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the group and company's ability to continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future which in turn may result in the group and company being unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business.

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
