With effect from 1 April 2026, in accordance with a legal transfer of undertakings, all assets, liabilities and activities associated with Eko Trust will be transferred to Compass Partnership. For this reason, the Trustees do not deem it appropriate to adopt the going concern basis and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a basis other than going concern.

- “In 2024/25 the Trust operated 10 academies for pupils aged 4 to 18 in East London, Suffolk and Brighton & Hove. It has a pupil capacity of 3,290 and had a roll of 2,963 in the school census on 7th October 2024.”
