- Affirmed
“Notwithstanding the loss for the year of £41,243,098, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The company has prepared detailed forecasts of its future working capital requirements which indicate that it will have sufficient cash resources. Further the directors have received a letter of support from the ultimate parent company, TrueLayer Group Holdings Limited. Consequently, the directors are confident that the company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and have therefore prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “There have been no significant events affecting the company since the year end.”
- “All material information has been reflected in the financial statements as at the balance sheet date, and there have been no subsequent events that would materially affect the financial position or performance of the company.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
